1. W-2s (2 years) and current paystubs (1 month).
2. Past 2 years addresses; Landlord name, address, and phone number or mortgage company
with account number.
3. Bank name, account number, and balances (all accounts, including investments).
4. Lastest 3 months' bank statements (all accounts, including investments).
5. Proof of source of funds for closing.
6. Current liabilities - names, addresses, account numbers, balances, and monthly payments.
7. Loan information on other real estate owned; lease agreements.
8. Copy of Driver's License or other photo ID.
9. Certificate of Eligibility and DD214's (VA only).
10. Self-employed: Last 2 years tax returns with schedules, YTD Profit and Loss and Balance Sheets.
11. Check for credit report and appraisal.
